International orders are generally received in under 21 days. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
Please allow a few working days for your order to be delivered. If you have not received your parcel in this time, please follow the Tracking Number allocated by the courier and contact them directly, there may not have been anyone home when they tried to deliver, and arrange re-delivery at a mutually convenient time. Or check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Please include a correct Eircode as it will make it easier for our couriers to deliver your parcel.

Delivery in The Republic of Ireland is Free for orders over €300 and €10 for orders under €300. There is also a ‘Click & Collect’ option on the Checkout page should you wish to pickup your products in person. Our address is:

UK delivery is €25.
Any other countries can still place an order but we will contact you regarding the shipping cost afterwards.
If you decide that the shipping cost to your country is too high, you are free to cancel the order and get it refunded.
Please note that when ordering from outside the European Union you might have to pay a Customs Duty in your country when importing. This will depend on the country you are importing to and Sea Box Energy T/A NRG Awareness is unable to determine this beforehand due to different rules in different countries. The Customs Duty will usually be sorted between you and the shipping company after the goods have entered your country.
